Matthew Stoddard

Matthew Stoddard serves as Vice President of Operations at Watterson Restoration & Facilities Services, where he provides operational leadership and support across the company’s nationwide network of offices. With nearly a decade of experience in the commercial restoration, construction, and facilities services industries, Matthew has built his career around developing strong teams, improving operational performance, and creating scalable systems that drive profitable growth.

Throughout his career, Matthew has developed a track record of turning operational challenges into opportunities for growth. He has led the turnaround of underperforming operations, helped grow small teams into high-performing offices, and improved profitability through disciplined execution, accountability, and leadership development. Before stepping into his current role, Matthew served as Watterson’s Director of Operations and Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple offices, P&L performance, field operations, and leadership development.

Matthew believes that great operations start with great people. His leadership philosophy centers on setting clear expectations, developing leaders, challenging the status quo, and creating a culture where accountability and continuous improvement are part of everyday business.

He holds multiple industry and safety credentials, including mold contractor licenses in both Texas and Florida, IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications, OSHA 30, and HAZWOPER 40.

Outside of work, Matthew is a dedicated husband and father who is passionate about faith, fitness, personal development, and leadership. He brings the same discipline and commitment to his personal life that he believes are essential to building successful teams and organizations.
