Sean Slatinsky

A former Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, Sean Slatinsky brings over 15 years of direct experience in the restoration and renovation industries. As the Vice President of Field Operations at Watterson, he is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all locations across the country. Sean’s expertise in operations, construction, emergency restoration services and process improvement make him a multifaceted asset to our clients.

Prior to joining Watterson, Sean was Co-Founder and President of Cornerstone Renovation Group, a construction management and general contracting firm. He grew the company into a successful business, establishing a reputation for excellence in the industry. After acquisition efforts were finalized, Sean was placed as Vice President of Field Operations, and he has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and overseeing the successful integration of the acquired businesses. Sean’s commitment to building a seamless service experience while leading large teams makes him an essential member of Watterson’s executive team.
