As Watterson’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Steve Caliendo oversees and drives the operations of the company while working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure organizational goals are set and achieved. Steve has over 15 years in the commercial restoration industry and has a solid reputation for dedication and leadership.

As the former President of Cornerstone Renovation Group, he guided the company to significant growth until its acquisition by Watterson with Bassett Creek Services in 2022. Steve has a commitment and passion to drive culture, develop people, and ensure the organization’s growth metrics increase year over year while maintaining the highest level of service to our clients.
