Demolition: Just like with remediation, we have a network of contractors that can perform anything from full structural demolition to partial demolition in the event of a renovation or removal of certain structural elements.

Soft demolition: Need to repurpose a space and reuse your structure? Our team will carefully and efficiently handle the removal of any components necessary: Walls and framing, ceiling and grid systems, lighting and electrical back to the panels, floor finishes, low voltage wiring, main/flex duct feeds, etc.

We can even take the soft demolition one step further and remove vertical transportation systems (elevators and escalators) and central air supply systems (air handling units, chillers, pumps, boilers and associated piping, etc.) to get the building truly back to nothing but a shell.
