Property Assessments

Phase I ESAs are conducted as part of the due diligence process. Depending on what we find, we can recommend potential funding sources for remediation, perform remediation or set up a long-term approach to managing contaminants found.

Asbestos Surveys: If the property has an existing structure – to be demolished or renovated – an asbestos survey will be required to comply with Federal EPA NESHAP regulations, which Watterson can provide.

Mold Assessments: Whether you have moved into a new facility and need assessments performed in order to list potential hazards as part of due diligence, or if you’re moving into a space that has been left unmaintained for some time, Watterson will make sure that all of your assessment needs are met.

Reports will be generated at the end of every assessment for the Owner’s records.
