Asbestos Abatement: Watterson has an abatement contractor network that reaches anywhere in the country. We can turnkey the entire process or assemble a team of prospective contractors to price the job to contract direct with the developer.

Site Remediation: Watterson’s national network of contractors can perform anything from: Removing USTs and piping, removing contaminated soil, extracting contaminated subsurface water, etc. Also, in some cases, the specifics of the job might necessitate installing an on-site mitigation system, all of which we can handle.

Reports will be generated at the end of every remediation for the Owner’s records.
