Watterson client didn’t allow a potential Coronavirus contamination to alter their business or employee/customer safety

February 17, 2020|Emergency Response

Our client’s corporate management contacted Watterson on a Friday evening with an emergency.  An individual in the store was ill and a Coronavirus contamination was a concern.  Watterson technicians were on site within 3-hours after the initial call.  A high-risk contamination protocol was established with technicians utilizing full PPE (protective clothing, masks and gloves).  Every surface of the store was hand sanitized, floor to ceiling with anti-microbial disinfectant.  The job began at 11pm and was completed by 5am the next morning.  The store was able to open and operate on Saturday as “Business as usual”.  Our client stated, “they felt absolutely confident communicating with their CEO and entire Senior Executive Team knowing Watterson was responding and in control of the situation”.

Our clients have confidence in their partnership with Watterson, knowing we will do whatever it takes to resolve issues to the highest standard.
